8 minute work out videos everyday. (switch off between abs, legs, buns, arms, etc. daily)
1-2 hour work out at the WREC every MWF
1 hour soccer class TTH
eventually I may double the 8 min videos to either 2 different ones on the same day, or the same one twice a day.
i am planning on being very fit. :)
(also, I want to try the Special K diet, but I dont like the cereal… so I’ll probably switch the cereal with waffles or something.) (except I hate diets.. so this plan will probably not pan out quite right)
((also I’d like to be 14% again. I don’t know what I am now… but last I checked I was 22%. I’m probably like 26% or something))
